How it's calculated
Cost of goods = materials + labor hours × your hourly wage. Wholesale price = cost ÷ (1 − profit margin), so the margin holds over cost. Retail doubles the wholesale (keystone markup) and is then grossed up by the marketplace fee so the fee doesn't eat into your margin.
